A truly inspirational garden, and one of my favourites this year. The vintage theme and location of the show was echoed in the Abbey Road-like black and white stepping stones, leading into a 70's style tongue-and-groove pavilion. The planting, however, was very modern: the execution of the chamomile lawn was superb, and the true highlight, the Stipa and Selinum, was stunning. The quality was evident, even, in the little details: a Lemon verbena was conveniently placed towards the entrance of the pavilion ensuing a pleasant fragrance.
