Some content, specifically photographs of plants, remains the copyright of a third party, or is contracted under open terms of open source use. Please check the copyright information associated with the specific photograph.

Photographs of various gardens remain the copyright of the owner of the respective garden. If the garden is in public display, and where no restrictions are imposed by the owner of these gardens, this clause is excluded.

By uploading data, photographs and other information, the users grant plantify.co.uk the right to use and display this information on its website, in promotional material, including the use of such photographs to sell product.

Discount Vouchers
Discounted voucher is to be used when purchasing plants or the design of gardens, it is the property of plantify.co.uk (Vorsprung Ltd) and has no cash value i.e. can not be exchanged for cash. It is not for resale / publication and valid in the UK and IOM only. Defaced / copied vouchers will not be accepted. Valid for use only by the recipient. This voucher can only be redeemed on the website plantify.co.uk. A voucher can be used as part payment. If the price of the goods exceeds this value, the balance must be paid on purchase. If the price of the goods is less than this value, no change will be given. Each voucher code is only redeemable once. This voucher is not valid beyond the expiry date as indicated at the front of the voucher. For any other information please contact .

Delivery:
Plantify.co.uk delivers to destinations inside the UK only, which includes the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Please ensure that all delivery address details are filled in correctly. We will not take responsibility for lost or delayed orders if the address details are incorrect.

Orders are despatched by Royal Mail (2nd class). Cost of delivery will be made clear at the point of ordering. Orders must be placed before 4pm for a delivery within 2-3 working days.

We will make every effort to deliver within the stated time (above) but we will not be held responsible for any delay, loss or other unforeseeable events caused by the delivery date not being met. All our plants are hand selected by trained nursery-men and women and quality checked again before boxing up for delivery. And because we love plants, we have developed a specialist plant packaging that is designed to assure the safe delivery of your plants. However, some things are out of our hands and so if something has gone wrong, please contact us on (during normal working hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm)) or email us at . We will try our upmost to deal with your query as soon as humanly possible and to resolve it to your satisfaction.

Damaged Plants
Please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days of delivery) if you are unhappy with the quality of plants received by us. It would help us if you could take a picture of the plant of your concern, or any packaging that was damaged. Please take into consideration that your plants have been in transit for a few days and sometimes a simple ray of light and some water might resolve the issue. However, if the plant is damaged beyond recovery we will certainly arrange for replacement within a reasonable time frame.

Plants in Bloom
Please note that we like to show off our plants in pretty pictures on our website to show you how they will look like when in season. However, most of our plants might not be in flower at the time of dispatch and we hope you are not disappointed by the fact to see them bare. We do guarantee the health of our plants and assure for them to be in flower the next season if planted and looked after appropriately. If the plant still disappoints after a 12 months period besides having assured the right growing conditions (sun/moisture/soil) please contact our customer service to discuss a possible replacement.

Returning plants
If you are unhappy with any of your plants at the point of delivery, you can return it within 28 working days unused in its original packaging. Please contact us to inform us about your decision () and we will issue a refund once the plant has arrived back at plantify.co.uk in its original condition. Please arrange the return at your own cost, assuring the safe delivery with an appropriate carrier. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the plant gets damaged during return.
