Description:
A mid-season flowerer, Camellia 'Tulip Time' has single pink flowers, paler at the bases. Larger versions can become slightly weeping.

Camellia are large shrubs, typically with dark evergreen leaves, usually leathery and glossy. The are best planted at the back of the border for structural effect and provide much needed colour over the winter season. They can be planted in containers.

Camellia prefer acidic soils. Do not plant too deeply. Camellias should be sheltered from cold, dry winds and early morning sun.
