Description:
Viburnum plicatum f. tomentosum 'Lanarth' is a large deciduous shrub grown both for its spring flowers and its autumn foliage. The white lace-cap flowers are larger than those of other cultivars, covering the branches in spring and emphasising the distinctive tiered appearance of this shrub. The foliage is dark green, oval and toothed, with deep veining, changing colour in autumn to a striking purple-red. An ideal specimen plant.
