Description:
Hedera colchica 'Dentata', or Bullocks heart ivy, has large, dark-green, slightly glossy leaves, with a droopy, relaxed attitude. Sometimes up to 25 cm in length, they have also been described as Elephants Ears. Happy in full shade, give this large plant plenty of room to spread.

Hedera are evergreen climbing shrubs that use aerial roots to cling, or climb up walls, trees, through other shrubs, and along the ground. Flowers are clusters of yellowy-green, that are highly beneficial to insects, as they flower when other nectar-rich plants are not available in late autumn. Berries are clusters of blue-black, again, a rich food source for birds and other wildlife.
