Description:
Hedera canariensis is grown for its cream and green variegated leaves on deep red stalks. It is hardy, but may need to be grown in a more sheltered area in colder parts of the country. The variegation is best in full sun. Whilst low maintenance, it will need to be cleared from gutters and the like if climbing up a wall. Will tolerate acidic soil, but does prefer alkaline.
