Description:
Molinia caerulea ssp. arundinacea 'Transparent' is one of the most attractive and well-behaved Molinia cultivars, with open airy flower plumes on tall stems above clumps of arching foliage. The flowers gradually fade from purple to golden yellow as they dry. Best in partial shade and moist, well drained soil, it is ideal for adding height and movement to a border.
